Chris is a Director of Middleton Glass, and has a long history with the business learning his trade from his Father-in-Law.
Joanne is a Director of Middleton Glass and handles the paperwork side and schedules work for the team, she is also the voice on the end of the telephone.
Middleton Glass is a family run business, based in Tywyn, in Mid Wales. We have been trading for over thirty years offering a complete and professional service to our customers.
Joanne and Chris Parton, are both directors of Middleton Glass and form a strong husband and wife team. They are assisted by Pete Bryan and Oli Palmer who all live locally and have a background in the building and construction industry. The voice on the end of the phone is Joanne Parton, who runs the administration side of the business.
Middleton Glass prides itself on its friendly and professional approach to customers. Advice can be provided on all aspects of door and window installation and glass and glazing. This advice covers areas such as suitable styles, fire and access regulations, adhering to building regulations and energy rating. Middleton Glass are FENSA accredited and undergo regular inspections by the FENSA team. More information is available on their web site www.fensa.org.uk. Middleton Glass are also CHAS accredited are undergo an annual assessment to remain within the scheme.
Oli Palmer is an experienced window and door installer and a qualified Carpenter/Joiner. The addition of Oli to the team means we can now offer a joinery service to compliment our fitting service.
Pete has been with Middleton Glass for a number of years. His dedication and diligence have made him a great addition to the team.
Nicki works part-time usually mornings as an Administration Assistant and she can be found answering the telephone on her work days. Nicki is also holiday cover to enable the DIrectors to take annual leave.
Tilly-Mae is a firm favourite with staff and customers alike. A springer collie cross, know as “Sprollies” she was born in June 2015 and is a loveable ball of puppy fun. She enjoys being at Middleton Glass although she is not a hard worker preferring to sleep in her basket or chew up sticks.
